This is my third Audi through Shawnee Mission and I keep coming back because of their outstanding customer service. Gordon was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process so easy. Brandon, goes the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer. Great job and thank you Gordon & Brandon.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service experience: 1. Our Q7 was dropped off at 8:25 AM for an 80k service. 2. There was no communication whatsoever regarding the pickup time, despite this being a supposed 3.5-hour service. 3. At 4:18 PM, I called, but the service rep was busy, and I was promised a callback. 4. With no response, I had to call again at 4:40 PM, considering the service center closes at 5:30 PM. 5. I was then informed that the car would be ready for pickup at 5:00 PM. 6. Upon arriving at the service center, I expressed my frustration about their lack of communication and received a strange response from another agent. 7. The Q7 wasn't ready until 5:21 PM. This level of service and communication is entirely unacceptable and has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall experience. I have zero confidence about 80 K service that I paid for. Typically the preliminary report comes and service rep talks about fixing any additional issues they find. Nothing of that sort happened, looking a sequence of events.

I went in for my 10k miles oil change on my Q3. Seth was awesome. Very kind. Sabrina the technician was amazing.

John Coats and Val made the process very easy and did a great job helping us as out of state customers. I flew in from Chicago to pick up the car and drive home the same day. John and Val went above and beyond and we would love to be a repeat customer in the future.

Michelle, Chris, and other staff on hand were extremely responsive and friendly as well as professional, making the repair process on my AllRoad an unexpected example of how a stressful situation can be eased by exceptional personnel as well as competent mechanical work.Hooray. .

Took in my A5 in for it's 65k service and inspection and also fix a key fob issue. Great service department. Went through all the inspection found and unfortunately weren't able to resolve the fob issue they were great! Went through the everything they found on the inspection and what steps to do in resolving my key fob issue.

Love the service at this Audi dealership. Chris is incredible, he is so knowledgeable and personable and makes dealing with my car so simple!
