Since relocating to Kansas from St. Louis years ago, I have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Audi Shawnee Mission but for me one member of the service team stands out above the rest: Michelle M. Michelle's knowledge, follow through, and personal touch make all the difference for me. Before finding Michelle M., I use to return to St. Louis for my auto needs. However, I can say without hesitation that Michelle is the reason I continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Even with a recent change of ownership, she continues to provide her usual and exemplary service.

I've been very impressed with Noel and how much of an advocate he was with the various Audi extended warranty teams to get my S6 taken care of in a timely manner. He pushed through bureaucracy with the Audi Extended warranty and kept me updated all along despite all the challenges he faced. Lots of great texts with status -- and I really appreciate all the extra effort he put into this. I'll be back despite the length of time it took to resolve the situation knowing that Noel has my back.

Gordon, was VERY helpful. He really put in the time to understand what I wanted and not what’s available for sale. He found the car I wanted in a few day’s in Texas.
