Dealer is good; prompt service usually, EV issue for my

Dealer is good; prompt service usually, EV issue for my new Bkazer caused some communication issues, due to miscommunication between tow truck driver and service writer. Eventually got straightened out although some issues still exist with vehicle.

The positive is they had an excellent preowned car at an

The positive is they had an excellent preowned car at an excellent price and were receptive to my negotiating an even better price. The negative is they tried to sneak in an extra $1600 in xxxxxxxx fees that I caught them on. They pushed the warranty which I thought made sense, but again it was ridiculously marked up, that we were able to negotiate for much less. The other negatives were we ended up waiting for well over an hour and the mgr kept saying it would be any minute. Finally when I came back to pick up the car 2 days later to pick it up , I still had to wait another hour. On a final note the finance guy, Mike, was a knowledgeable and decent guy.
