My Daughter and I had a Great experience at Swickard Chev. because of salesman Pejman Salehi!!! Plus of course you had the best car there!!!!!!

Very pleasant, convenient appointment for service.

Very pleasant, convenient appointment for service. Text notifications kind of intermittent ( busy day ) not real fond of that system. service performed was excellent. One thing, there was a note at the very end of the paperwork telling me to fill the tank to optimize the fuel system service. I almost missed this. Perhaps the information should have been provided verbally. Otherwise no complaints. Satisfied Customer

The service department lacks help up front.

The service department lacks help up front. They need more people due to one person running around and can’t even finish their job. The service department quoted me a different price than what I paid and I now have to take it back because things were not fixed. The service department has gone down hill since they sold the place and it seems they are more interested in trying to show they have a place than to keep it running nicely. They need to work on their communication in this department. I will add I am not upset with Hunter, he was doing his best but needs help.

I am so happy to find this dealer ship and their sales man ( pejman ) is the best man who helped me to find the traverse which I was looking with the best deal in town. He is so friendly and honest with customer. I recommend him 100% to find your next chevy.

Had an excellent experience with Josh (general manager)

Had an excellent experience with Josh (general manager) who treated us superbly and worked out a great deal on our vehicle; Matthew and Christian (salesmen) who were kind, professional, and patient; and Giovanny (finance manager) who was the source of plenty of laughs as we signed paperwork. Would highly recommend this dealership and would definitely come back if I planned to buy another Chevy. Thank you again to the team who helped us!

Everything was perfect .

Everything was perfect .All items of concern were covered and completed.,oil change, tires, Chevrolet check list in much less time than expected, Price was fair. A happy experience,

The actual service performed was good.

The actual service performed was good. And it wasn’t Hunter’s fault that the service department at the Chevrolet dealership did not contact me or put a bigger sign telling customers that they need to go to the Cadillac dealership service department for service. I arrived before my appointment & had to walk around to find someone who told me to go someplace else. The note on the door was only visible when I walk around a truck & divider to get to the door to see if anyone was in the office. Hunter took care of me when I found the Cadillac service department on the next street. & even offered to drive me over to the post office across Thousand Oaks Blvd. He texted & came over to the waiting lounge to let me know when my car was finished. Whoever is in charge of the service department at the Chevrolet side should have had a large sign at the driveway directing customers to the other service area.
