These guys are putting morals back into the car buying experience. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past month and send all my friends to Pejman(our sales rep) and Josh (the manager) because it's almost suspicious how straight forward and how good of people they are. My parents ended up paying taxes on a part of the service package they shouldn't have and they actually called them to come back in and sign an update to the agreement to lower the monthly price by $15 a month. On the truck I purchased they even matched an online offer that was posted at a chevy dealer in the valley that ended up being super scandalous becuase it said $0 down then in fine print said buyer pays "drive off fees" which ended up literally being $8k at this other dealer. It wasn't even their deceptive add and they felt compelled to help me get as close to the deal that was being suggested at the dealership who's name I won't mention. I'm excited to see things changing back to a service based world where morals and treating people faily and doing business transparently is at the forefront of their business practices.

The staff at Swickard Chevrolet are second to none!!! Andrew was a great salesperson - amazingly attentive - and Josh the manager made sure we got the car and the deal we wanted. we were so satisfied, we wound up with TWO vehicles from Swickard that day!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough - they really made me feel like they cared about our deal right. weill definitely see them again when it's time for a new Chevy!!!

Philip was so friendly upon arrival.
Philip was so friendly upon arrival. He provided great information about the process, warranty and fees. We left with a clear understanding about what was ahead. Calls or texts were sent to us to before our vehicle switched hands in the service department to ensure we agreed with the next steps. Picked up our vehicle with no issues. This was a far better experience than what we went through at a different Chevy dealership, so we appreciate it!

I dropped off my brand-new truck due to there being an
I dropped off my brand-new truck due to there being an issue with the transmission. After a week with no contact, I had to reach out to them to find out the status of the vehicle. I then learned there was a part in the transmission that was faulty, and they had no extra parts in stock. I was told we would have to wait for a part to be manufactured. *11 weeks later*, after I again reach out to them (they never contacted me with updates, I always reached out to them), I learned the part had arrived and the vehicle would be ready the following day. Three days later, the truck is finally ready. I go to pick it up and no one warned me their service department was closed and I would have to walk to the Buick dealership down the street. Even though they knew I was coming, I had to wait for over 30 minutes because my truck was boxed in by numerous other vehicles and they had to dig it out. Then I learn they had put over 220 miles on my truck. It would have been nice if they at least replaced the fuel they used. So far the vehicle works fine, but the communication was extremely poor.

I have owned my electric vehicle for 2 years now and my experience with the Swickard Chevrolet Service department has mostly been not so great. I did have a wonder young woman that was super and Phillip that was my service advisor this past week, was great!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The problem is Swickard dealer cannot keep anyone in the Service department for any length of time. It appears to me that upper management is missing the mark in hiring personnel.

Pejman was a polite and very professional. He let us look around and we came up he answered all our questions. Made our selection easy with no pressure. We felt comfortable and did not go to other locations. Penman was a major reason of our purchase👍
