Austin was the sales rep and was very helpful working with what i wanted. I came in to do a trade and that was the quickest and easiest trade I’ve experience. This is my 5th vehicle and i ended up leaving with a new 2021 outback.

The staff was very friendly so no issues there. However I came in for a Scheduled Oil Change and it took 2 hours which is pretty unacceptable (especially for one I had an appointment to) That being said my experience wasn’t negative but certainly was not “positive” either
