Poor Repair

Ordered the wrong part, took an extra week. Drove off and found that they did not secure it properly and had to make another appointment to fix their mistake

This was a very pleasant new car buying experience for my son's first car. The facility is clean and very nice with a well stocked lot. Our sales representative, Rich Mottla, was very friendly and easy to work with. The pricing was very transparent and straightforward with no high pressure sales tactics. The finance lady, Michelle Line, was also very nice and understood that my son was already at the top of his spending limit. The final walkthrough of the car was well done. This was the best car purchase experience that I've had and I'd definitely buy a car here in the future.

The office staff was cordial and professional.

The office staff was cordial and professional. However, you need to check on your mechanics, I paid a lot of money for my service and they didn’t fill up the wiper fluid. It makes me wonder what else they didn’t do.

So glad I switched my vehicle maintenance service to this Mazda dealer. Excellent service. The advisors and techs know exactly what to do and get the work done right the first time. And they finished the un-done services that were glossed over by another (formerly trusted) local dealer. I love the fact that I get NO xx nor talk-back from the service department at AutoNation Mazda.

The dealership is always clean and friendly. The service department is very accommodating, efficient, professional and friendly. I purchased my car from this dealership and have had all maintenance and repairs done with them. I have always been treated with respect and kindness.

My advisor Max was very courteous and answer all questions I had about my car. The staff is very kind, and the mechanic explained the car clearly thru a video and gave recommendations.

The staff is very professional and friendly. They explained me the car status clearly using a video recorded during the car’s service. Also, they make recommendations and requested authorization for the replacement of auto parts by text messages and service app.

Great impression of AutoNation's new ownership!

Excellent and efficient service from arrival to completion of my 18,000 mile service as well as some added detail work. The car came back to me looking gorgeous and everything like new again!
