Was difficult to get Sales to get back to me.
Was difficult to get Sales to get back to me. Finally did. Sales experience was good. Since, My wife was riding front noticed a nickel sized chip/spidercrack in windshield RHS rear viewmirror. I never noticed since I'm in Drivers seat. I also have car seize up and experience grinding sound. I cannot get ahold of Sales. I stopped by and spoke with Alex, Sales Manager in person about both items. Never heard back. Need these items addressed. Automated phone system "doesn't understand my response". Number Sales used to text me originally not working. Dealership is not professional
