Turned my truck in for some recalls including a water pump leak. David explained right off the bat that the recalls would probably take some time due to parts and the size of my truck (available lifts for megacabs). He kept me apprised, daily, on the status which made me feel like my truck was inportant and not a nuisance. David called immediately when the repairs were complete. Bob Baker had a shuttle service that came to pick me up instead of having to arrange a ride. I’ve had vehicles serviced before...this dealer by far has great customer service. Thank you Bob Baker, keep up the great work!

The service is always terrible on top of a ridiculous 2 hour wait for an oil change! They also force you to wait in their lounge.
