Overall, this was a very low-pressure sales process l, which I obviously enjoy. There were complications with a lease trade-in that I thought could have been better handled by this dealer, but in the end I left with a Jeep at a fair price.

Bill Korbin is awesome!
My wife and I came in for a Jeep Wrangler for her and we eneded up buying 2 wranglers: a rubicon for my wife and a sport for my daughter. As we wandered around the lot aimlessly when first arriving at the dealership, Bill approached us quickly and was helpful and friendly from the go. We test drove a couple of cars. My wife is extremely picky and we were there for hours! But Bill was extremely patient, understanding and was very knowledgeable about the wrangler line. We are both happy with our purchased and to be a member of the Jeep family. Thanks to Bill, Trevor and Leo for the great deals and excellent customer service. On Monday, 2 July I made an appointment to have a recall corrected on my 2017 Ram 1500 online at their website. Today the 5th, I leave work an hour early fight traffic to get there before my 2pm appointment. There is no where in the que for me to park which is already a bad thing. Is it service or is it product! Probably both if you ask me. I go up to the service area and stand and wait while three employees have a conversation not taking in mind that I'm standing there. After three to four minutes one asked can I help you. I said yes I have a 2 o'clock appointment. She ask my name and I give it to her. She tap on the keyboard and says I do not see you in here. I said I made it online. She said oh that doesn't work. If we don't confirm your appointment then it wasn't booked. Now I live 80 miles from this dealership which is where I originally purchased the vehicle at. I said you need to remove it if it doesn't work. She had nothing other than to say well what you were trying to schedule for would mean we would have to keep your truck overnight. It's a computer reflash are you kidding me. She was not helpful and I will reschedule somewhere else. They get reimbursed for the service they complete by corporate it's not free. So to say the least this dealership is the worst by far.

Nice staff and good price
John Werner and rest of staff were very nice and made me feel like they would get the best price of the van I was purchasing. Didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't want and made the process as easy as possible.
