Car buying experience
I set up an appointment, but was late so the sales rep I was scheduled to meet with was busy. Another sales rep (Marcus) helped me out instead. Marcus was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in. Marcus was very easy to talk with. Marcus made the process very simple and quick. The only issue I had was the finance rep was very pushy with selling me extra products that I didn't find necessary. He was friendly and professional, he would not let the issue go after I had told him I was not interested. The staff was very welcoming, everyone was always smiling.

Bad Service! VERY BAD!
Brought my 2017 Chrysler 300c in for warranty repair on Tuesday. It was missing two retainer clips from the truck's liner. It is now Sat. It has been with them almost a whole week for something that could be done in five mins. This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered! I was told everyday it would be the next day and they are waiting for the parts; two retainer clips for $4. I finally got so fed up I called, finally getting through to someone, and told them to have it ready and put back together. It wasn't. I started screaming. Screaming! You should've heard it! Freaked them out! They got a service guy and he fixed it in 5 mins. I am telling you guys read the reviews and reconsider. David my service advisor SUCKS! Bob Baker Chrysler SUCKS! BEWARE!!!

Express Oil Change
I know it’s been a super busy week for repair places, but I was able to get a quick oil change in about a half hour and avoided the main service area which was totally backed up. Everyone here is super friendly and professional and this is my go-to place for oil change service for My Jeep and Dodge Charger.
