Friendly staff on the oil change side but not for the service department. The wait time is too long. Came in for and oil change and tire rotation and it took 3 hours to get done. People who came in after me left before me. And this is not my first encounter. I bought my vehicle 2 months ago and my radio does not work properly. I made an appointment to get it checked out and that was over a month ago. They couldn't figure it out so they stated they will call but they never did. When I came back to find out why is it taking so long they said they been waiting on Chrysler. Then I had make another appoinment for them to check out the vehicle again and then another one for whenever the part comes in. If there was another dealership closer I would never return to this place. Their staff needs some serious training.

John is always helpful and has a sense of humor each time I bring in my Charger for an oil change or any other service.
