I've been to previous Jeep dealerships for services, I walk out unhappy. Leading me to get my Jeep serviced elsewhere. They even notified me about taking care of the recall on my vehicle. Which I awaited for the Jeep dealership (M. BROS) I bought my car at to call back once they received the parts, and that was a year ago! This dealership has great customer service and integrity.

We bought our car here and everybody remembers us because we bought a beautiful Plum Crazy Hellcat Charger with Racing stripes. Great Customer service. Put on a pedestal.

Best service anywhere! Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Service manager got me right in with no wait. Lounge has coffee and comfortable seating with live news on the TV. All in all great dealership!!!

I was treated with exceptional customer service while I visited Bob Baker Carlsbad. The salesman--Michael Glogowski--was absolutely amazing. He asked what type of vehicle I wanted and only showed me those vehicles which I greatly appreciated because I did not want to be shown what I did not want to buy. Also, Michael treated me with respect and sincerely cared that I made a decision that was in my best interest and not in his or the dealership. I will recommend friends and family to Bob Baker because of my experiences with the dealership most notibly to Michael Glogowski.

I found the pickup truck I was interested in online in the morning. After work, I test drove it and the deal was done. Total time a dealership was about an hour. Marcus the salesman was very polite and accommodating. Easy going no hard sales tactics. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
