DCH Toyota had slow response times and was unwilling to negotiate on an overpriced vehicle. When the economy goes terribly, customers will remember those who were fair vs. those who tried to take advantage of others.

They got my auto loan, it was very high interest rate 131/2. Told them that's ridiculous was going to leave then then come back with 9.9 which saved me 2000 in interest. So why didn't they get me the better loan in the first place. When asking salesman questions he didn't have answers to, he seemed to think that was acceptable. However I did buy a car, but just didn't like the people.

Last September 16, 2023 we purchased a vehicle from the Excel Auto Lounge Dealership in Highstown NJ in good faith. The sales representative that we worked with was David Espinosa. When we signed the purchase documents we noticed that the price written in the document was $650 above the agreed upon selling price. When we pointed this out, Mr. Sal Lanuto (not sure if he is the owner) mentioned that they will refund the overpayment and even stated that to prove that he is a man of his words that he will put the refund details in the “We Owe” form and signed it. Until the writing of this review (January 12, 2024) we haven't received the refund for the overpayment. We’ve been patient enough and we’ve followed up this refund a number of times via text messages, phone calls, and we even personally drove from Delaware to their dealership to follow-up and get an update. And the only response that we get from them every single time is that “they’ll take care of it”. Also, it took more than 3 months for them to register the car and had the car tags sent to us. Not a big deal, but we had to follow up a number of times. We just hope that the dealership will keep their word and just don't be after the sales but also for the post-sales

We looked at several car models, and the selection at the dealership was impressive, both in the showroom and on their website. Initially, we were leaning towards the GMC Acadia, but the salesperson advised us to consider the Ford Edge Titanium for its comfort. In the end, we bought it and were satisfied with the purchase and the quality of service at the dealership.

Before making my decision, I visited several other dealerships in search of the right car and the best purchase conditions. I must admit that Excel Auto Lounge offered the best selection of high-quality cars in the city. My purchase was an Audi Q7 Premium Plus, and it exceeded all my expectations, providing wonderful driving experiences.

After consulting with my wife, we decided to get a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited. We have no regrets. We liked the dealership. They helped us with the choice and offered a car that truly suited us. We financed the car through a loan.

I bought an Audi A3 for myself. The service manager made a good impression; he seemed honest and didn't try to deceive me, which pleasantly surprised me because I didn't expect that in a car dealership.

The manager showed me the car.

The manager showed me the car. It was gray and in excellent condition, even though it was used. I liked that the manager immediately pointed out the minor flaws in the car. Finding the right model took me some time because I couldn't decide. I liked that nobody pressured me during the selection process, and the manager didn't bother me. In the end, I chose the Acura ILX in the premium trim, and I was satisfied with both the car and the service at the dealership.
