I didn't bother looking at the website - I went straight to the salon and didn't regret it. The selection of cars is really large, and the prices are nice. The staff works well-organized and quickly. The documents were processed without delay. Thank you for the good service!

I was impressed by the atmosphere of mutual respect and friendliness among the employees. From the manager to the consultants, they showed a high level of service and a desire to choose a car according to my needs. It is a pleasure to deal with such people. The car I booked was kept until my arrival. In reality, it looked even better than in the photo. The price was exactly as promised, no unpleasant surprises, so to speak. The documents were processed quickly, everything was professional. The car purchase was stress-free.

For a long time I could not find a suitable car, I looked at many options in other salons, but something always did not suit me. Excel Auto Lounge impressed me with its selection and approach to customers. They found exactly the car I wanted.

I saw the car I wanted at a great price.

I saw the car I wanted at a great price. Called to confirm car available was given an appointment to see car the next day. Travel from Philadelphia to East Windsor NJ using public transportation and lyft. I get there, im sitting down about 20 minutes finally showed the car. First thing I noticed the car is dusty inside and out ( knew I was coming why wasn't the car clean?) As I'm approaching the car I decided to test the integrity of the salesman by asking how long have you guys have this car he told me a week. I pointed out they've had the car since April he said " man time flies, its been that long" red flag #2. So he aks if I'm ready for a test drive? I said not yet let me check the car out first. So I opened all the doors, then I noticed driver side back door had all the trim around the door opening removed. Asked him whats up with that he gave me some bogus excuse that I can't remember. Then I went to open the trunk, the trunk wouldn't open. So now we know why the trim was removed. They were trying to figure out why the trunk wouldn't open. Additionally there where some other small things wrong but not a big deal. Of course trunk not opening was a big deal. Took the car for a spin ,the car drove ok. Came back to the office to sit down and make a deal. I told the salesmN I DO NOT WANT TO FINANCE. CASH CUSTOMER. He comes back with a price $2500 over asking price. I said whats the best. He says that if they were to finance the vehicle this is what we would get. So basically if I want this vehicle I have to finance it or pay them over the asking price. Over the asking price for a vehicle thats been in 3 accidents, 150,000 miles, trunk doesn't open, 2 bald front tires. False advertisement is what this is. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cars and

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cars and reasonable prices. Although I didn't trust used cars before, this car dealership made me change my mind. I bought the car without any doubts - I've been driving for some time now, everything is great. Thank you for the professional approach!
