From the moment I walked in, staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell. They guided me through loan options and even scheduled a follow-up service visit when I raised a concern post-sale. Real professional level service.

Still can’t believe I got such a great deal!

Still can’t believe I got such a great deal! Found the perfect car at this place, low mileage, great condition, and way under what I expected to pay. The guys there made me feel confident and in control the whole time. Girls, trust your gut and go for it!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to write this one. I strongly caution anyone considering Excel Auto Lounge. Based on my experience, I will not recommend them. I inquired about a 2021 Lexus NX300h they listed at around $25K. Since I was out of town, I paid $200 for a mobile mechanic to inspect the car. The inspection revealed major issues: A cracked front grille Evidence of a previous accident, with a misaligned bumper that needed full replacement Brake pads and rotors that required replacement Additional cosmetic concerns (which I was willing to overlook) I contacted Excel Auto Lounge (Anthony and another guy that I cant remember his name) as well as their on-line messaging that I believe was manned by Jerry several times to ask how they wanted to proceed whether they would fix the issues or adjust the price. I made it clear I had no problem with whatever decision they chose, but they did not even have the common decency to respond at all. That’s extremely disrespectful, especially considering I spent $200 for the inspection. Eventually, I realized they were actively avoiding me—they stopped answering calls, stopped responding to online messages, and made no effort to follow up. It seems they’re simply hoping a buyer who isn’t knowledgeable will show up and buy the car without asking questions. Buyer beware. The last time I called, I was brushed off with, “Oh, you’re the guy who wants to buy the Lexus, right?” before being dumped into voicemail. Excel Auto Lounge showed no transparency, no accountability, and no respect for my time or money. I will not do business with them and cannot recommend them to others.”
