A total waste of time!

A total waste of time! a typical sleazy bate and switch operation with prices advertised that they will absolutely NOT honor. Every car has atleast $2-4k after market xx they want to shove that you don't want. Not sure how long they will stay in business with these deceptive practices.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

Andrea was excellent with helping me purchase my 2021 Nissan Armada. She was very pleasant and patient with Negotiating the price and obtaining insurance for my vehicle.

We liked everything about this dealership, but it needs a coffee pot for customers. The chip on the top of the back bumper was not repaired at the time of delivery; nor was the rubber molding on the front passenger door.

Andrea was very pleasant to work with, really appreciated

Andrea was very pleasant to work with, really appreciated her friendly and supportive approach to get the process completed. Both Andrea and the dealership - Karma Westfield- in general was a novel experience with a very warm, open and pleasantly casual environment (definitely not the usual on-your-face car dealership!). Glad to note that this dealership also celebrated diversity which was evident :). Will surely come back when I need to.

You can tell dishonest dealers when they advertise fake

You can tell dishonest dealers when they advertise fake price to draw people in. And that's the case . What they leave out is you have to buy clear coating .lowjack security and door protectors and window aching from them adding thousands .when I told them not interested was told you have no choice because it's already preeinstaled .argued for 15 minutes on phone .trying to explain it's a scam run by greedy people .got no where with them. Don't be tricked by lower price ..
