Maryann made this the most worry free and painless

Maryann made this the most worry free and painless process to get my van repaired. I had concerns with another shop and called her for a 2nd opinion. She said to stop in no questions asked and helped take care of everything.

I had to wait approximately 1 hour and 20 mins for my oil

I had to wait approximately 1 hour and 20 mins for my oil change and tire rotation. The TV was distracting. I don’t mind waiting, just wish I brought a headset.

Krystal was great to deal with.

Krystal was great to deal with. Had my Jeep in right on time and had it diagnosed and back to me just over an hour later. Way faster than what I had expected. The maintenance guy who was nice enough to give me a shuttle ride home was great as well! Thanks for the great service! Highly recommend.

When leaving I was told everything was fine.

When leaving I was told everything was fine. After arriving home I looked at the service papers and found I needed more service to my vehicle.
