Very friendly and helped me out as soon as possible. yes, they were very helpful, and very courtesy to my situation. They found things wrong that I did not know that was wrong.

Shouldn’t have to wait over a week to get oil change

Shouldn’t have to wait over a week to get oil change appointment. After oil change program ends (1 more) will consider going elsewhere. Car was sitting outside done for over 15 minutes. When I went to check on was told they were working on bill. Asked about replacing radio and still have not heard back. How long does it take to look up a price?! Do we need to find another source? Didn’t wash vehicle so went back in and asked if they weren’t doing anymore. Was told yes, should have been done. A nice mechanic was standing there (Charlie) and he said he would go wash it for us.

Dealership was able to get parts next day and I was there

Dealership was able to get parts next day and I was there a day earlier than service was schedule and they were able to fit me in eliminating another trip back. Great Service Dept. What’s not to love.
