I don’t know what happened to this dealership.

I don’t know what happened to this dealership. Used to be top of the line . They just text you instead of calling you about your car to tell what’s going on with it or even give updates . Tech service never answers their phones . Makes me really want to go to another dealership

I have already addressed the negative issues I experienced. I was dissatisfied with the number of times I had to return to have one issue resolved. It should have been resolved the first time.

My car had a transmission problem they could not even fix

My car had a transmission problem they could not even fix it and they are telling me your car is already fixed. That’s disappointing I’m driving I can see it . There is a transmission problem. They didn’t even fix it . Just told me drive like that. When It’s a stop ! done we can’t fix it.!
