I did the new car transaction from 180 miles away in NJ and it was very simple and fully transparent from start to finish. Even though we completed the transaction fully remotely, it was like being in the showroom during the entire time. John was great from the initial contact. He answered all my questions promptly and with the information I needed to make a leasing decision. I can also say the same for both Eric and Michael. They did a lot of behind the scenes work to get the deal details done to my satisfaction. The remote signing process with Michael was also very simple and quick. John had the car ready to go as promised on the day of scheduled delivery. He went over the features of the car and made sure to answer any questions I had. I also met the Todd (owner) of the dealership while I was there and let him know what a great team he had and how satisfied I was with the entire process. Whether you are an in-state or out of state customer, I would highly recommend Todd Nissan. From my experience, they will treat you the same with great pricing and service no matter how close or far you are.

As a stay at home husband of 3 children under the age of 6, the thought of buying a new vehicle and the time wrapped around the buying process seems daunting, I communicated my needs with Eric and over the course of a few days the car was purchased basically over text and email. My total time in the dealership was less than 40 minutes, I know all experiences are different for buyers but for this buyer the difference was how exceptionally easy the process was. I’ve purchased multiple cars in town but my business is now at Todd Nissan.
