It was a great working with Ryan. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable in explaining all the differences in cars/financing-leasing deals! Ryan was ultimately the reason why we went with a Genesis. He’s very personable, professional, accommodating and honest. We also enjoyed working with Fabio, who was also very personable.

Not very good.
Not very good. Everyone except the valet was late. Your service department wanted to charge $400 before they even pulled the car into the shop looked touched or inspected it for a air conditioning problem. I have been in the automotive business for over 35 years. I still can't diagnose a vehicle before I pull it in the shop look touch and inspect. You need new policy's or new technicians. Ridiculous

Paul Park was an excellent sales person.
Paul Park was an excellent sales person. He knew my needs ,he was willing to listen to my requirements, did his best to find me the car I was currently leasing,and very kindly gave appropriate answers to the numerous questions I had, even though I don't know much about cars.In particular, he was very polite in terms of attitude, and he was an excellent employee who made me want to introduce Paul to other friends and acquaintances. He explained the car details carefully, which was the biggest reason why I chose the car.

Apparently BENZEL genesis changed their rules around
Apparently BENZEL genesis changed their rules around valet cars. Major inconvenience now and that was the reason for keeping our cars there. David our service manger was awesome but no valet sucks.
