I really used to like coming to this dealership and have
I really used to like coming to this dealership and have many times before but not sure anymore. I was told on arrival that they were slow and almost nobody was here but could still take up to 2 hours for an oil change. I walked into the waiting room and was the only one there, I even walked to the other waiting room and just 2 people were waiting. I could understand if they were busy but OMG up to 2 hours long for a 15 min job. I was at another dealership the day before with my wife’s car and had the same exact service done, an oil change and inspection of overall vehicle. They were busy about 10 ahead of me and was out in less that 45 min, and it was have the cost $56. compared to $124. and it was an hour and 45 min later. The service I got before was better and less costly but considering all this establishment does is service it takes way too long just for a simple oil change and inspection. They need to improve the way the small tasks are done because to wait that long just for an oil change is ridiculous.

The service reps are easy to work with and the waiting
The service reps are easy to work with and the waiting areas are kinda comfortable. However I am always there at least an hour longer than expected.-- 4 hours for a tire rotation and filter change.

Need to train employees on process for Fleet vehicles. Every time I come it?s an issue. They should know how to deal with and not ask the customers how they do it

Took more than 10 mins to check in for an oil change.
Took more than 10 mins to check in for an oil change. Only one service rep appeared to be busy but I was directed to see him. Lots of other reps ?hanging out?. A bit frustrating.

Great service department.
Great service department. Amazing service department staff (Carl) who is very knowledgeable and professional. The in service department has a waiting area that is very clean and comfortable. WiFi available and vending machine for snacks and drinks. A two hour wait went by so fast it felt like 30 minutes. The checkout staff are also very professional and friendly. Thanks Toyota of Bowie.
