This is the 2nd time I've purchased a car from EAG. Mr. Butler was GREAT, knowledgeable, and attentive. Mr. Mike, who works in the financing department was EXCELLENT, got me INCREDIBLE interest rate. The entire process went smoothly, all the staff were friendly. Next car purchase, I won't waste my time with other dealerships especially Koons Ford who gave me "ying-yang" talk. EAG was accommodating in every way and had fantastic customer service. I'll highly recommend this dealership and will definitely use them in future car purchases.
