Took my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and squeaky

Took my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and squeaky door hinge. My car was taken immediately and serviced while I waited, approximately 45 minutes. The staff was courteous and prompt. Very pleased.

Unbelievable Quality

From the sales staff to the repair shop to the detail shop, parts and even the owner of the dealership everyone was very kind, understanding and extremely helpful in helping me purchase a new pickup and service my current one for my company. Can't say enough good things about the people at Snowy Range Dodge. Especially Shane, Mack, Luke and Jason.

Great Everything

Everything about my experience was OUTSTANDING. From the time I walk in until I drove away in a New Ram 2500 was just wonderful. Everyone from the person that answers the phone to the dealership owner, which came out to shack my hand and thank me for buying from his dealership. Now that is service with a smile and you can't ask for better then that. If you want an outstanding experience when buying a vehicle or truck this is the only place you need to go to. I live in Cheyenne and drive to Laramie just for this dealership.

Experience was great

We were only looking but left with a new car for my daughter. I had previously have poor experiences there, but this time we left feeling that we got superb service. Erik and Jason were so helpful! I was impressed.

Superb service, and actual accountability!!!!

The dealership made an understandable error while servicing my vehicle-they had a staff member accidentally overtighten the drain plug on my Renegade. When I took it in for the next service, the staff notified me that an error had been made, and took the additional step of replacing the entire drain pan so that my vehicle would remain as new. They also provided a loaner vehicle without being asked-they offered one right up. THIS is why I have been a life long Jeep customer! Well done, Snowy Range.

Pleasantly surprised

The overall experience was great, I am concerned about the big oil spot on my garage floor Hopefully just spilled from my oil change but sloppy non the less. I will now need to make a return trip to the dealership just to insure that things are correct
