Great Dealer

Snowy Range is a great down to earth and no nonsense dealer. I had great sales experience in ordering and follow up on ordering my 2019 Ram 1500. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure everything was great. Great experience!

They were able to service my truck with very little notice

I was able to get them to service my truck with very little notice ahead of time. Because I work out of town. Management is very easy to talk with and ask questions

Great experience

Jason is the best. He helped me find the right kind of car and expedited delivery. I am very happy with my new purchase! Can't say anything about the service department yet, because I haven't used them. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one.

2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk lease

Everyone was very helpful working with me in my decision to terminate my lease early (2 years) on my Nissan Sentra SR and create a new lease for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. However, I was told by 2 salesmen at the beginning of my looking at vehicles to test drive that my broken front window in the Nissan Sentra would be replaced "No problem, we will take care of that. Don't worry about fixing it". So I found out at the lease signing that Snowy Range Dodge will not be "buying" my car so it would be my responsibility to fix it. I was a little dismayed at this not knowing this until the last minute, but I will contact Nissan anyway about this situation. Thank you!

Very Good,

I was disappointed that they were unable to get my car in on a day that they had scheduled. It changed travel plans that I had. I also miss having my car cleaned when I get it serviced.

Very knowledgeable, quick and easy.

I have done business with Matt Lockhart for many years. He is the main reason I choose Snowy Range Dodge. He is very responsive, professional and honest. I appreciate how well he treated me and followed through with all he promised. He is a busy manager but always had time for me, walked me through everything from start to finish. Great experience.
