Key Replacement

Key was stolen so Don Johnson in parts and Chauncey Perkins in service really helped me out. Don had the part in stock and Chauncey was able to have the key programmed and in my hands in a matter of 30 minutes. Great service! Chauncey is also extremely warming and personable and made myself and evey other customer very relaxed and feel accepted at the dealership!

Oustanding Dealership

Bad situation turned good

I bought a car from a different dealership several states away and it had multiple issues after they told me it had been gone over with a fine tooth comb. When I arrived in Laramie, they did everything it took to get the other dealership to cooperate and get my car fixed.

Best Buy experience!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was such a quick and easy process and in the end we got a Jeep we love!

Oil Change - Rotate Tires

The Service Department was very friendly and easy to work with. They listened to what I wanted with my tire rotation/tire pressure, it was a nice interaction.

It was very pleasant. The staff was amazing

We found the vehicle we wanted at a fair price and received a fair trade in. The staff was very friendly, informative and easy to work with.

New programming

The service dept handled getting the navigation system programmed into our jeep when we told them the online directions were too much for us to handle. They were friendly and courteous in the whole process.

A feel good experience

It was a feel good experience from start to finish. Knowing everybody from sales to service wanted to feel good about the perches I wanted. That they would be loyal to me as I will now be to them.

This was one of the best car buying experiences

From start to finish this was a very low pressure sale. There was no pressure and all personnel were great to work with. The value of my trade was great and they paid great attention in listening to what I needed for the numbers to work out. Overall I was extremely pleased with the process from start to finish.
