I had a great experience with the repair of my 2017 Ram Diesel truck. I was seen immediately, they were quick to diagnose, gave me a vehicle to use, repaired it quickly, communicated regularly, and even washed my vehicle. Excellent!!

We really like this dealership and travel from colorado to deal with them. We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and were pleased in our experience with Luke Burgess in sales and the dealership owner, Josh. We returned yesterday for a service visit, and they more than took care of us. We had our date mixed up and they worked us in right away anyway and took care of all our needs as well as a recall item. They shuttled us to/from a breakfast cafe during our brief wait. They make you feel very welcome and deliver on their follow ups.

I live in Cheyenne WY and drive to Laramie to get my service on, so far 4 recall. Snowy Range Dodge service department as always work with me on getting me in for service in a very timely manor. They work with me as far as timing, service, explanations, and if they don't know they find out and tell me instead of BSing me. I think I like that the most. They go that extra step to make your visit for any reason warm, comfortable, friendly and for me most important honest. They never try to sell me something I don't need and if there is something I do need they have always taken care of it. When I was schedule for an appointment and the Tech was running a few minutes late, the service department had my truck washed... now that's service.

I was on a road-trip in my Challenger visiting Wyoming and needed an oil change, stopped in and they fit me in for an oil change before I had to leave Laramie. I arrived early and they had my car done before my appointment was supposed to start. Everyone from the service department, salesman I visited with and the pretty lady that visited with me in the waiting room were all very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, bottled water while you waited and they had brochures of new vehicles which few dealerships have anymore. Much better than any dealership in my hometown

A big shout out to Chris in the Service Department! On our way home from Colorado we had tire blow and Chris and his team squeezed us in to get it fixed ASAP so we could get back on the road to Minnesota. Thanks so much!!!

I enjoyed my experience with Mack and the dealership. The vehicle is very nice and was rhe cheapest iin Laramie for its class.. I will go back there For my next vehicle (2014 Ford Escape). I would rate Mack as the best salesman I have ever worked with. Justin Ballard
