I bought my new Sienna from this dealership and it was a great experience. Joshua was very kind, friendly, and cooperative to make the deal. Even though negotiation took a while to reach the end, he was patient and tried to listen my request as much as he could. His hard work made me very happy with the very reasonable final price. Also I learned later that the service part is good, too. I was surprised to see my car was washed after regular oil and filter change.

I was called at my house by a salesperson telling me that it was a good time to shop. He expressed how the managers were making good deals on Tundra trucks which I was looking to buy. I drove about an hour or more to visit the dealership. I was led to the big inventory and picked out the one I liked. We went to the salesman desk and I was asked to write down the price that I was looking to spend. I wrote it down and the salesman went to the manager and said they could make the deal that day. I met other people including the finance manager and made it easy to secure a Toyota loan. I had a good experience buying my Toyota Tundra.

The guys were very helpful and friendly. They answered every question we had and the transaction went very smooth. I would reccomend this location to all my friends. And the car is great too! The car was giving to me in excellent condition and a full tank of gas. I'm so glad I went to Toyota!

absolutely no pressure to buy something i didn't want, explained everything we had questions on, lived up to every comittment they made.even at the close of the sale, which is usually when you get shafted, jeff was straightforward and did not try to talk me into anything. car was delivered as promised, when promised and has been perfect.

Ray Brandt was truly a great deealership to deal with. I appreciated the the straightforward negotiation process. I simply told them the price I wanted to be at, and they were able to meet it. Also, they located a 2010 4Runner with all the options I wanted at another dealership, and had it shipped in from over 200 miles away and ready for delivery at Ray Brandt the next day (Christmas Eve). It's nice to have a dealership treat you as a valued customer and not just another sale.

This is the second vehicle i have purchased from Ray Brandt Toyota and i have had good experiences with both. I also have been very satisfied with the service department and i always bring my highlander to Ray Brandt for all repairs or services. I will continue to do so.
