He was very professional and personable.

He was very professional and personable. The best thing was he did not waste time he got the ball rolling and we were there just a couple of hours. We appreciated that.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. James and Dallas went way above and beyond, from the moment we met, until weeks after the sale to ensure we were happy. They exceeded our expectations in every area. A new bar for customer service has been set! Mark Allen has gained lifelong customers. Thank you, James and Dallas, for helping us find the perfect truck for our son. :)

Every trip to Mark Allen I've experienced so far has gone

Every trip to Mark Allen I've experienced so far has gone so smoothly. They even saved my cup I left behind last time I was there for an oil change. It happened to be one my granddaughter made so I was delighted when they had it for me. Major bonus points there! Everyone I've worked with has always been very friendly and always made me feel welcome. Just no other place for me but Mark Allen!

James was quick to respond to my questions. I was looking at a vehicle that Jim Glover had, but by the time they called me back it was too late, James had already sold me the Nissan. I felt that James wanted my business more than Glover. Thanks RB

Thorough, honest, transparent My experience was phenomenal. Scott and Aaron both took time to educate me about my current vehicle and how the auto loan process works. I will absolutely be bringing my equinox to Mark Allen for service going forward and will make my next purchase from there as well

The oil change was good the technicians were good and

The oil change was good the technicians were good and knowledgeable about my recall and what needed to be done. The part that was not so good was the cashier she didn't tell me that there was a 3% charge for credit cards. I usually use my card so I can get points, so in order to get 1.00 points I paid additional 3.00. I have never been there before so I didn't know. Usually I don't say anything about the way people conduct themselves but she said well there is a sign right there. My eyes are not as good as they should be but she made me feel worse about that. Then I couldn't believe the way she was dressed. To put it honestly she looked like she was going to a club not to work. That struck me as unprofessional. Thanks for letting me vent about that. Thanks for the service--professional in the shop. Collene Pitts
