Brian was extremely patient with me as I viewed several trucks on the lot. The financing staff made was very explicit on every form.

James was a great sales person helped us every step of the way. He came from the preowned car store all the way to Collinsville to help us shop for a vehicle from Mark Alan‘s online inventory. However, the Collinsville detail shop really did not do a very good job. Lots of spray left on several things not done. I’ve seen their work. It’s usually better. This was not one of their better detail jobs. My wife and I have high standards for Mark Alan Chevrolet. after our first experience five years ago, I would still recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Chevy GMC or Buick or a preowned vehicle.
