Wow - just felt like I went through a cattle sale barn ..... not really very much customer service and rushed . The cashier at the service desk was not very customer service oriented

The receptionist was very nice, the waiting room was clean, they asked before they replaced one of the filters. My only issue is that they probably need more servicemen to do regular maintenance.
