Our Salesman Omar Escobar was new but we were VERY pleased with him. He had knowledge of the Jeeps we were interested in and was very willing to have us test drive any. When we made the decision to buy, we were seen by a couple of other people in the office part. They both were very nice. After coming to an agreement on price and payment amount and term of the loan When it came time to review and sign loan papers the payment for the term of the loan was higher than we had agreed on after much wasted time we were unable to resolve this matter and we did not purchase the vehicle this would have been the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Carbone And my worst experience Buyer beware that paperwork all matches the deal you agreed on As for me I am very dissatisfied and will never do business with Carbone again

I have to say. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my life but this was the best experience I've had. Brock was amazing. Found out what I was looking for and what my budget was and got me exactly what I wanted in my price range! I bought a brand new Pacifica because brock took the time to go over every part of the vehicle and show me all the amazing features. I'll never buy another car anywhere else. Very dishonest They charge you to detail the car to sell it to you. They add in a ton of money at the end of the deal. If your not paying attention they will pull that. The sales person had to be in training because he knew nothing about finance or cars! I would stay away!
