I just want to start of by thanking Roberto Ortiz and Carbone Dodge for the best customer service experience! I was car shopping for my first car and he was the most knowledgable, understanding and hardworking salesperson I've ever come across! I went in just to browse on some options and was not expecting to leave the same day with my brand new 2017 Jeep Compass, but he made it happen! Roberto made sure all my needs were satisfied and the payment was the very best part! He personally set up my first oil change, introduced me to service advisors as well as the recon crew, who made sure my Jeep was detailed and shiny the very same day! I bought a jeep patriot a couple days before Christmas. I had Miguel Diaz as my salesman. He was very helpful with finding the particular vehicle I was look on for and explaining the features during the test drive. He was also helpful with all the paperwork and dmv paperwork. When I first came in to look all I had to do was tell them what I wanted, and from there they were the ones who got me into a car I never thought I'd own, but now have come to love!! So far I have gotten all my service work done through them, as far as oil changes and snow tires, they were very accommodating to me financially and help keep prices within my budget.
