Matthews auto was hands down the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop/ car dealer. I'd called them because I was passing through their area when my check engine light came on. They welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family although I'd never been there. My car ended up needing some significant repairs. Chris Skinner took care of everything for me and made this the most seamless process for me. Everything in terms of getting me into a rental and looking into warranty / getting it approved. I would consider driving hours just to purchase my next car from this dealership because they were so transparent, helpful, kind and trustworthy. Thank you Chris and Matthews auto !!!
