Areril treated me with total respect and made my car

Areril treated me with total respect and made my car buying very easy and drove home that day with my car they took it in made sure everything was good to go even detailed it. The other day he called and asked how I liked the car and made sure everything was working right. They go above and beyond customer service. Thank you

THINGS I WAS TOLD WERE TAKEN BACK, THEN I WAS CHARGED

THINGS I WAS TOLD WERE TAKEN BACK, THEN I WAS CHARGED MORE. ONCE I DID DRIVE AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP WITH MY NEW CAR THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON BEFORE I EVEN MADE IT TO MY HOUSE IN BINGHAMTON. THEN JUST GOT AN IM SORRY. BROUGHT IT BACK AFTER I GOT OUT OF WORK NEXT DAY AND THEY CHECKED THE CODE AND JUST SAID SOME GASKET WAS CLOGGED AND COME BACK TUESDAY. I HADNT EVEN HAD IT 24HOURS AND I HAD TO WAIT 5 DAYS THEN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF AND GOT A LOANER CAR NO ONE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THE LOANER CAR IS BEAT UP LOTS OF SCRATCHED AND DENTS, INSIDE DIRTY. I MEAN I LITERALY JUST PURCHASED MY CAR WEDNESDAY 6/25 AND ITS IN THE SHOP BY 7/1. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I really appreciate this dealership.

I really appreciate this dealership. When one employee lied to get the sale, the Manager stepped in and gave me his word that he would take care of me when I needed it. That manager Jim along with Tim in Service proved that even though I’ve had issues with other Matthews locations, they would still treat me with respect and do the best job in their power. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of this visit.
