The service is always good. My complaint was addressed but not resolved. Brake noise, mechanic put new pads on calling the first pair defective. I went to the complimentary car washed a the brake noise was still there. I should have turnede around and brought it back, but I ran out of time. Now I just listen to it.

Chris and the team did a great job meeting our needs. The new car we selected actually had some damage. They were able to source the exact same car from another dealer.
