Bill Allen went above and beyond - very knowledgeable and friendly- no pressure- 1st time at Matthews but my 4th Subaru- will be back for my 5th!

Went in for inspection but had an open recall, they offered to do it same day. I got a ride from the their ride service. It was overall great experience.

I took my car in for it's NYS inspection. I had set up an appointment ahead of time. They took my car right in at the scheduled time, sent me a text to let me know how to get hold of them if I had any questions. The inspection was done promptly and when they came to get me they led me directly to my car so I did not have to search for it in the lot.

Fast and thorough service. We couldn't be happier with our new Kia! We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle purchase.
