Worked with Wes, new associate he did a great job no pressure answered all my questions drove 2 hours took the car home same day! Finance is knowledgeable and the salesmanager is appreciative and understanding!

Recommend the Service Department!

Kevin (Service Manager), Theresa, Cherish, Tom, Hunter and Ken are truly the BEST of the BEST! They provide fantastic customer service and are always so helpful with answering any of my questions and concerns regarding my SUV. I highly recommend this team! Thank you Kevin and crew for all that you do!

Great Treatment!

I had already looked at the vehicle online that I was interested in. When I went in with an appointment time I was given good treatment and they answered any questions I had. Smooth transition to a new/used vehicle.

THE AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD!

Dear Mr. Basil.......can you inquire into using American Express Credit Cards........Please.......I wanted to put down my upfront money........had to go back home to get my Visa/Mastercards.......Joe Basil Resale does not take American Express........Oh! The most unreliable and disorganized service

I do not usually leave reviews but this experience was unbelievably unprofessional. To give background. I am a busy medical student looking to buy a car during the covid-19 pandemic. Because I was driving in from an hour away, I was in contact with an employee ahead of time to specifically look at 3 cars. He told me to go ahead and drive over and that he definitely had all 3 vehicles ready for me. When I arrived after driving over and hour, 2 of the 3 cars are in a different location. They kept me onsite for an hour trying to find the keys for the last car which WAS onsite. Turns out another employee had left the premise with the keys and it took them an hour to figure it out. I drove back without viewing a single car with no apology from the employee responsible and 3 hours of time lost. To make matters worse, all the employees were wearing their masks improperly. One of them started smoking a cigarette as we were viewing walking around the premise trying to locate the keys without any warning. As a healthcare provider, it was appalling that they would be so inconsiderate of their customer’s time and health. I would never trust this dealership and will be advising anybody I know from taking their business there.

Good deal

Thanks for helping me find my son a safe reliable car that didnt break the bank. And the 6 month or 6000 mile warranty was a nice bonus.

Great experience

Spent a few weeks car shopping and did not find a deal that fit my requirements until I reached out to Basil, they promised they could find a deal within my requirements with a vehicle that I was interested in and they did just what they said they would do. The process went smooth and the finance department was very friendly and professional. I would definitely work with the dealership again!

Ludicrous and Unreasonable

They have employees posting vehicles and prices erroneously which this dealership will not honor which creates an absolute nightmare buying experience. Went in to make a deposit and start the process and we were given info that title wasn’t available. Next day title is available in a few days but price is now $5000-$7000 higher than it was the day before. "Apology" was given stating that the employee should have never posted it but they only offered to reduce the price to $1000 below “new price”. Then I am being told through text communication that by asking them to honor original price or to pay only $2000 more than originally posted price I am being “ludicrous” and “unreasonable” as if asking them to “throw away money”. Texter also admitted that they gross 1-1.5K on every vehicle meaning my asking for a 3-4K price reduction to fix their error would have been made up in the next 2-3 vehicles they sold. Apparently their employee issue is my fault, and I am responsible for making sure they get their money. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I got my car in July of this year and had a few minor...

I got my car in July of this year and had a few minor issues but JOHN LOMBARDI and STEVE in sales has been by my side since day 1. John gave me his personal cellphone number in the event I need his help directly and he followed thru with every word he gave me . This isn’t my first vehicle but Basil Resale Sheridan is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with . They treat you like family !! Thanks again for everything !!
