Longest Oil Change In History
My appointment was at 12:30 which I scheduled on my break. I brought my car in at 12pm. 30 mins early, I test drove 3 cars. Stopped at Wegmans and got lunch came back and my car STILL wasn't ready. 2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment. Unacceptable!

Long Wait
Too long of a wait to get an estimate of what was wrong with my 2004 Pontiac - over 2 hours. I was in for repairs. I had an appointment and was the first person there Friday, November1st at 7:30 arrive at 7:15.

oil change, tire rotation, check pressure in tire, brakes gr
they found that my rotors were bad, they replaced the rotors and pads at no cost since they were just done in April, oil was changed. But they did not check the pressure in my tires like i asked, they should have all been 30 psi, but when i checked some were 27 psi and some were 28 psi so i know they did not chck that.

Your company only helps when you can make money off them. I bought 3 cars from here no problem, then when I went for a fourth car and there was some finance problems I was treated like unfair.

Registration
We had difficulty in recieveing the title for the vehicle. The registration was corrected after over a month of waiting. We went in to get a instant cash offer. They happen to have a Dodge Challenger sitting in the showroom floor which was a car I was looking at the past several months. After some light negotiation we came to a trade with my Corvette convertible for a Dodge Challenger SRT. Price was to our liking, Ray made it work and we drove it home the same day.
