Detailing inside truck could of been better. Tailgate would not open because of stone stuck in by side latch do to stones left by previous owner.

Brought my car in for service. The service team was great constantly updating me on the status of my vehicle, and ensuring all my needs were met in a timely manner.

Made "promises " they didn't keep and ignored my calls regarding them. Acted like I wasn't even contacting them. Don't bother getting anything in writing because they don't keep their word on things.

Always a good experience at Basil Resale on Sheridan (not to be confused with other Basil dealers). Fast and curteous service. Price is not inflated like it can be at other dealers amd the service during and after the sale is extraordinary. Long time fan. Many cars purchased at this dealership and I will continue to use them in the future.

The customer service is outstanding. I called on a truck i was interested in and when i got to the dealer it was there waiting for me to test drive. Then less than an hour later the truck was mine. I highly recommend basil resale center if your looking for a good quality used vehicle.

The service department at Basil Resale( Sheridan Dr. ) has been terrific! I have dealt basically with Tom at the service desk. He is always very courteous and welcoming . Tom does not hesitate to "bend over backwards" to work with my schedule and patiently answers any questions I have (to help me to understand the "ins and outs" of my "new to me" Cadillac). Basil is lucky to have him as part of their "team" ! (and "NO" I am not his mother)
