It was a pure pleasure working with Patrick and Chris (the awesome finance guru) this weekend. I traded in a lease and purchased a car. This whole process took 2 hours and 12 minutes! Crazy. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful and attentive. You could tell the employees enjoyed their job. I will be sending every person I know to work with Pat and Chris when they are looking for a used car. Luckily, I have lifetime oil changes so I will get to say hi occasionally. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of a car purchase.

terrible dealership!!! they took my near perfect car and traded me a complete piece of junk on wheels. i called and the manager, patrick, promised me i could trade it back in when i get my title. well with the title in hand, now they are saying they can’t take it back! i had the car less than a week and it started giving me problems. and now i’m stuck with it.

I bought a great used car , but the prep was very sub par . I don't blame all of it on this location , the car came from the O.P. dealer . The car interior was really nasty (big time smokers) head liner , steering wheel , shifter ,and more missed . The car had to be towed because the battery was shot ( terminals crusty white ) . Took the car to Nissan for a recall . When they checked the car the cabin filter was nasty , full of dirt , and dead bugs . The engine air filter was really dirty ! I saw all this myself . Like I said the car it's self is a really nice car now , but it came in from Basil O.P. They said everything was checked , and replaced . SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE !

Yes it's my fault for accepting the final numbers as I didn't get the car I wanted and the facts and figures on the second deal were not presented until I got to the finance guy. It was light rain and I talked myself into a bad deal. Traded in a perfect 2018 ,got a somewhat low trade value.bought a 2021 with no dealer detail ,was promised a full detail at Delta Sonic ,haven't got anything yet.there is damage on the hood to the paint touched up by some 1st grader. In ending should have got all the facts upfront B4 I went to the finance guy,my big mistake . Should of been told my low credit score would make for a bad deal could go on but since I'm a senior citizen I got a bad deal all around and yes I had the final say ,but...

They helped me get the car I want and I had really good experience at this dealer.

The last car I bought from them lasted 13 years. Was happy to get another one from them today. Had a great shopping experience again.

I have to say it was a very pleasant experience dealing with this Basil Dealership. They were as helpful as they could be and in less than a week I was in the vehicle I wanted as they had to wait for me to fund the vehicle..Great Job to all of you and for free lifetime oil changes.
