Great selling experience

I was very pleased with my buying experience at the Nissan Dealer on Marsh Rd in Fairport. Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. Overall I feel I got a good price and was very pleased.

Great People to work with

Always satisfied

I currently lease a car from Houselton Chevy and always have a great experience. I am looking into options for their lease pull ahead program. I received great help from Brian, he looked into all the options for us and never once made us feel like we needed to make a decision right then and there. My husband and I always feel taken care of and respected when we leave there. It's a great place!

Excellent service

I took my 2016 Corolla Sport Plus out of the showroom in Sept. 2015. The car is wonderful and Phil got me an awesome deal! I brought it in back in January after hitting a deer and they had they $11,000 in damages fixed in no time. Shortly after reciving my car back I'd noticed a faulty headlight and they brought me back in the next day and completely replaced the entire part within an hour. i brought it back in for more repairs 4 days ago and it's already fixed for me! All of the employees there are great and always trying to help. I definitely intend to stick with hoselton for many years to come.

Third Lease from Hoselton

I am on my third leased Camry from Hoselton and have always been satisfied with the leasing experience (I dread and hate the process of buying or leasing a new car from anywhere!!! - but it has been relatively painless at Hoselton). They even delivered my car to my house for this last lease because I was ill and was not able to go to the dealership to pick up the car. Their service department and facilities are top rate but I have to admit that because I lease my car I have never had a major service requirement. But what experience I have had has always been first rate and they are always willing to help with any issues - like how to set up my phone, etc.

Another Satisfied Hoselton Customer

I just returned home from picking up the third Nissan in a row that I have purchased from Hoselton Auto Malls Nissan dealership. The buying experience has been great once again, the knowledge, expertise and attention to detail that John Fiorella, my sales consultant displayed was top notch. From product knowledge, to ensuring that all needs, questions and concerns were met made this once again a very pleasurable experience. I keep returning to Hoselton for the service as well, the service team has always been very straight- forward, honest and very professional in every dealing I have had with the guys in service. Hoselton has really raised the bar as far as customer service before, during and after the sale. I can't imagine shopping for a vehicle any where else but Hoselton. Keep up the good work guys!
