Great experience

Comfortable ,no pressure - it's how car buying should be Thank you Mike Holbein (salesman) for making the process super smooth - love my Kia Optima and will return next time I need a car Also Ryan Penfold (business manager) made myself and my wife feel comfortable

Go Anywhere Else!

Couldn't have had a worse experience! Spent hours at the dealership, working with Phil. Agreed on a car, price, and timeline for delivery. Signed the paperwork and left a deposit. A few days past the original timeline, received a call stating they could no longer get the car and I was out of luck (car was coming from another dealership). Phil did nothing to try and resolve the situation. There couldn't have been less concern that a deal we all agreed to was being broken. For a place that bases their business on selling cars, they certainly don't seem like that's their focus.

New RAV4

We shopped around quite a bit and found Hoselton Toyota to be head and shoulders above the competition. The sales staff are polished, professional and well versed on the Toyota line of cars. We will most certainly come back to Hoselton for the next car, and the one after that !

Service Visit for Seasonal work

Had a wonderful experience this morning. Went in to have snows mounted and front end alignment. Work went as I was told and I was in and out in a little under 2 hours. Paul was my customer service person and I have worked with Paul many times. He is great and so are all of the guys. With the added amenities of having a shuttle if needed, and coffee and a cookie, they make me feel like a princess. I am always doing things for myself and to have Hoselton take care of me and my car is really special. I'm a Chevy girl from the beginning and hope to be with Hoselton for a long time to come.

Over the top customer service!

Painless Purchase and Service

I would rather have my teeth drilled then deal with pushy car salesmen, but Hoselton's Tim Lippa made the new car buying experience completely painless. His expertise and patience were much appreciated while I made my final decision to buy a new Nissan Rogue and I absolutely love my decision. Awesome vehicle that truly fits our family. We just celebrated the 3000 mile mark with an oil change, tire rotation, and potential rattle that ended up being a leaf that was stuck in the fan (go figure) and everyone in the service area was extremely friendly. Keith especially wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving the service bay. Past vehicle purchases were usually made closer to home, but Hoselton has proven that it's worth driving a few extra miles for a great car experience.

Professional operation

My family has purchased 7 Toyota vehicles over the past several years. We have never been disappointed with sales or service. Customer care seems to be their way of doing business. The experience is always professional and friendly. Even today with Larry their shuttle driver, he was friendly helpful and a real ambassador for the dealership. It is just a nice place to do business. Whoever does their customer service training is very good. Thanks for the opportunity to say my piece.

Had an awsome experience

My son was looking to purchase a 2009 Jeep Commander at Hoselton. I already owned a 2007 commander. Salesman Chris DiGuardi worked with us. The process was unbelievably easy. Chris is very outgoing, people oriented, down to earth with a great sense of humor. He treated us like family, he treated my son like he was his son. Chris took the time to explain everything in detail, we did not feel pressured at all, we did not feel rushed. I really can't say enough about Chris. He walked us through each step even introducing us to Ryan Penfold who helped us with financing and getting my son the best financing available to meet his needs. As well with Jason I can't say enough about him and how he took the time to help us and explain everything. I truely feel between these two gentlemen they went above and beyond making the buying process very comfortable and very painless. I was very lucky to have these two assisting us. Thank you Chris and Jason. I hope when I decide it's time for a new car you two are still there. I have already recommended people to Hoselton and to Chris.

I have a lease that is almost due. I stopped by Hoselton to go over my options. Zach Smith took care of my questions. Although I am not able to turn my lease in now, I will be going back when I am eligible. Everyone is always very nice, the service is second to none and the showroom is very comfortable.
