Regular service call

brought my car in to have snow tires taken off and brake work - excellent service as usual and Paul is a very kind and great service advisor to work with. Will have to buy a new car soon as rust has damaged the frame so I will get this vehicle from Hoselton also.

Great car buying experience!

I have been purchasing cars for many years; this is my first car from Hoselton. Since I don't live anywhere near the dealership, my first contact with Hoselton was a phone call I made asking about a car I had seen on their website. The individual I spoke with, Sean, was very helpful and provided me with information over the phone I never expected to receive. I made an appointment at the dealership for the following day. I drove up and met with Mike Terenzi who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My wife and I test drove the car I had inquired about. Mike told me to drive the car as long as I wanted so that I was sure this was the right car for me. He made the whole purchasing process very easy. He even offered to get the car serviced so that I could take it home that day. I felt I was being treated honestly and fairly by Mike and everyone else at the dealership including the business manager and the sales manager.

Out of State Purchase

I live in southeastern Pennsylvania and recently purchased a pre-owned 2014 Chevy Silverado from Hoselton over the Internet. The below market sale price of the truck attracted me to the dealership. Having never purchased a vehicle out of state, I was apprehensive but Dave Rogers and his team- especially salesman Mike Holbein and finance manager Mike Derks made the process seem routine and seamless. Hoselton gave me a fair trade-in value on my vehicle based on photos and discussions over the phone. I drove to NY to get the truck and the paperwork was in order and the whole transaction only took about 30 minutes. Hoselton was able to arrange PA sales tax payment and initiated the PA registration process. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend Hoselton without hesitation. Joe N. Oil Change

I had my oil changed - it was a very easy process from setting up an appointment online to driving into the service area. James Lawrence was very helpful in answering my questions and walking me through the process. He was also friendly and knowledgeable.

Thought i had a good experience

I should have know that the deal I got was too good to be true. I was trading in a leased vehicle with 2 remaining payments on it and was told that as long as there is no excess damage/wear on the vehicle that they would take care of all remaining payments. (there was no excess damage or wear) Well, a few weeks after I had my newly leased car I received a bill from my previous lease provider that in fact Hoselton did not pay off my remaining balance. After numerous calls and replies to me from the dealership, the response from Hoselton was that "they don't pay certain fees that are due at the end of a lease". To say the least, I am not very happy that I am stuck with a $300+ bill that was supposed to be taken care of.
