It's always a pleasant experience visiting Toyota Hoselton for my oil changes and any other service. Service is quick and everyone is very friendly. I cannot leave without mentioning the warm complementary chocolate cookies they provide at your request, they make the visit so much enjoyable ;-)

This was my first time taking my Sienna to Hoselton. (My car was usually serviced across town.) The car was finished exactly on time. The waiting lounge is very clean, with wifi, coffee, tea and free cookies. The garage is very, very clean. I will definitely return.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Joe Centanni at Hoselton this past week and I was beyond thrilled with the service and care provided. We had been to a few other dealerships and I was very discouraged at what was available in my price range and how everyone was trying to push a leasing option when I really just wanted to buy a good used car. Joe made the whole car buying experience a piece of cake from start to finish. I am so happy with my beautiful little Suzuki and I cannot thank Joe enough. He worked with us on the price, offered us coffee and cookies (always a plus) and I had the car the very next day with a full tank of gas! The best thing about Joe was that he didn't feel like your stereotypical car dealer. He was genuine and my family and I are so happy we found him (and Hoselton!). I think the service department is the best Gm Service department in Rochester..... I like that the Service Manager Mike Hueston is always available to help me with all my questions and concerns. I found a very honest dealership to do business with.
