This is my first time buying a car. Bill has been so patient with me and he offered me a good deal! He's been really efficient with all my needs, and the paperwork didn't take very long. I am so happy that I get the car I like and I had a great experience with Bill.

We went today to see if it'd be possible to trade in our '09 Venza for something much newer. Unfortunately for us and our budget, we were not able to do so. The amount of time and effort Karen put in was an absolutely refreshing. She spent a lot of time trying to find a happy medium for us given our circumstances and the mileage we have on our Venza. I would definitely come back to see Karen again. She was a breath of fresh air with her demeanor and personality, completely the opposite of any car salesperson we've encountered.
