Was helped by a few different people. Entire staff friendly! Seemed like a team environment . Wasn't in dealership to long as sometimes is the case when purchasing a new car. Would buy again.... Outstanding prices!

Excellent Experience!
I had an excellent experience and I will gladly return to purchase another Acura in the future. Ken McCosby was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient as I had never purchased an Acura before. He was thorough in his explanations and the general manager was also extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. I was accustomed to driving Mercedes and Volvos, and I am impressed with the quality of the vehicle, smooth ride and all of the safety and technological features. I would highly recommend Mr. McCosby as a salesman and I am optimistic that other customers will be pleased should they choose an Acura in the future. The price of the car was extremely reasonable considering all of the varied features. I think I have ben converted!!!

They are lying
The dealer cheat me! Please don't visit this dealer. They will forget everything what they claimed before you pay money. The sales tell you they give you a six months guarantee but when you pay it, they only give you three months. The used car in this dealer is not good and they reject charge for the hidden problems! Don't trust them!

Great new car dealer.
After visiting several Acura dealers we found Baierl to have the best customer attention with no pressure. Sales was a smooth no pressure experience and the negotiated cost was the best compared to the other dealers. Also just has first free oil change and all around inspection with tire rotation. Service department was top notch especially the post service review.

Poor service and not trustworthy
I visited Baierl Acura in Wexford after extensive research online for the right car. I called Baierl and spoke to Andy. He explained some details about the car and Carfax. He told me that the car was not currently at the lot because it was being detailed. We made an appointment to take a loot at it 2 days later on the weekend. When I got to the dealership, the car looked terrible. It was dirty inside and out. Andy said they were too busy and that the car never got detailed because they are backed up. We test drove the car and decided to go with it anyway. The next phase of the visit was absolutely terrible. Andy said that they cannot find the car online, and they don't know who listed it on Cargurus (seriously?!). That was the first shock because he looked it up online when I called. I had a screen shot of the Cargurus listing on phone my, so I showed it to him. He then said that the general manager cannot honor the price, and that they had plans to clean the car and raise the price by two thousand dollars. They he proceeded to tell me that they may be able to sell the car to us but, they will not detail it or fix the scratches. After that, he came back again and said that the cannot warrantee the car and offer the "pre-owned certified" status, despite that being listed online as part of the details and a clear sticker on the windshield stating the certified status. After 2.5 hours waiting at the dealership, we left very unsatisfied. It felt like an awful scam. The entire time, the general manager walked back and forth to speak with Andy, but he did not acknowledge us. The treatment was terrible. After the ordeal, we went out of our way to Monroeville to visit A&L BMW. We landed up switching brands altogether because we were afraid to be treated the same way at another Acura dealer. All I have to say is that the sales people and management at Baierl have a lot to learn from A&L BMW in terms of how to treat customers. I never really thought that we'd land up with a BMW, but I am very happy that we did -- not only because the brand and reputation, but because the sales and service were top notch and efficient.
