Baierl Acura

This is the third car that we have purchased from Ken McCosby...Our daughter referred him to us. Ken was not pushy (my pet peeve in purchasing a car). He was knowledgeable about all of the Acura models, helpful and courteous. We purchased a 2016 Acura TLX.

Fantastic experience with the dealership. Very simple and easy experience. No fuss. Asked them to have the lease documents ready and they had everything ready before I walked in. They even kept the car in the shade (in the service area) so that it wouldn't get wet in the rain. Overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them.

Bob Erb did a great job representing Baierl Acura. I was given the opportunity to test drive the RDX and MDX and was impressed by both. We took advantage of an employee purchase program designed by Honda and the entire staff at Baierl were very accommodating.
