HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership's service department. They just put a new engine in our work van last year. We brought it to them as the van wasn't running right. We have them do exactly what was suggested that we take care of, $2500 worth of work. Get the vehicle back on a Wednesday, on Friday morning the van is broken down. They say that the engine locked up and there is nothing they can do, it's not covered under warranty. To make things worse it sat there for a month while we thought they were making repairs. We left numerous messages with no response! HORRIBLE!

Made an appt for routine oil & filter change & rotate tires, Phil, my service advisor, came to me with other preventive maintenance concerns that needed attention. I agreed and their service team did a superb job. I have been bringing my 2015 Ram here ever since I purchased the vehicle back in 2017. They've always treated me with the utmost respect and care.

Irritated beyond belief
I wouldn't give one star. We have taken our truck here 4 different times since June 28th. The first time they said nothing was wrong and cleared our check engine light. 2 weeks later back again same issue but they came up with another issue wrong. Fixed that back again and now they are saying that back on June 28th the warranty company was contacted for the same issue we are still having. Why did you contact the warranty company when we were told nothing is wrong? I am livid and we want the truck fixed properly. We left another dealership for this because they said they didn't know how to fix a ram.

In June your vehicle had a stored history code for loss of communication with the TCM, upon your return in July that code was now active and a TCM failure was confirmed. It?s our understanding that your service advisor reached out to your warranty company and was able to get the repair covered even with your warranty being expired due to your previous visit with a similar concern.
