this dealership is wonderful and great to work with, we love servicing our cars there. Danny Asherman is wonderful advisor and puts up with all the crazyness from me! I love coming back and the truly exceptional service and amenities keeps me happy!

Excellent service since 2009

I have been coming to this dealership for service on two of my vehicles since 2009. Tom Krisak is my current service advisor and he is exceptional. I never feel like I am getting hustled into more options than I need, he is prompt in his responses and always helpful!

Perfect Customer Service & Care does exist

My husband and I were very pleased with the care and service we received while looking for my dream vehicle at Ed Morse Cadillac two weeks ago. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and a genuine warmth, not just the "I gotta sell you a car" greeting. I had spoken to Jay Padilla prior to our arrival who was courteous in emailing me the vehicles information. When we arrived it was that positive feeling when you get when buying the home of your dreams. We were greeted by Mr. Padilla but he introduced us to Daniel; whom I must say Truly Loves Loves his job and knows his vehicles from A to Z. We were pleased with the time he took to make sure he went through every detail and functions of the vehicle. He stills follows-up with us regularly to make sure we are pleased with the vehicles performance and we are delighted with our purchase. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the decision I made to visit Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac.
